Can't see anything on Kaspersky icon

Hi, I have just upgraded my PC to Windows 11 (after I had a catastrophic failure in my operating system) and now when I click on the Kaspersky icon in my Systems Tray I get no information. I know Kaspersky is still operating but I can't see any information. I have attached a photo of what is happening.

It is entirely possible that the Kaspersky GUI was damaged during the Windows upgrade.
To determine or rule this out, I would first uninstall Kaspersky using the corresponding Windows function. After restarting the computer, reinstalling the software may fix the error.

My kaspersky as disappeared all together paying monthly and waiting my tim and effort trying to get help

I can't uninstall Kaspersky. I have tried using the normal Windows function and for some reason I am prevented from doing that

Please provide version of W11 installed, also be sure You have all the system updates up to date, check also Optionals.

Windows 11, but what revision 25H2, 24H2?

 

In Windows Update settings -> inside Advanced Options, you can check Optional updates.
