Cant recover my vault in a new device

Hi. I appreciatte your help. I have KSOS with password manager included. 

I bought a new device (laptop). First of all, I installed Kaspersky Small Office Security for PC and log in with my account and also says that my suscription is active.

Then, I installed the Password Manager app (via link from Privacy inside the KSOS app), but when I reach the first instance, it's asking me to create a new vault, but not to recover my personal vault already in use.

I tried unistalling and re-installing again, but with no success at all. 

Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks

Should be there login or something like that...
Can you post screenshot?

EDIT : Login into my.kaspersky in program kaspersky then should be work...
