Hello,

 

I have an error after making some clean in devices, it seems that one of my task is corrupted and give me these errors when accessing tasks in KSC11 and is not visible anymore :

 

Can't read task #2551(31f11d31-68ea-4f16-8ffd-344d18a1fee7):Generic db error: "2601 '{23000} Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.tsk_pseudo_hosts' with unique index 'IX_tsk_pseudo_hosts__complex'.; Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.tsk_pseudo_hosts' with unique index 'IX_tsk_pseudo_hosts__complex'.' LastStatement='tsk_get_glbl_task_hosts'"

Database error occured: #1950 (2601) Generic db error: "2601 '{23000} Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.tsk_pseudo_hosts' with unique index 'IX_tsk_pseudo_hosts__complex'.; Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.tsk_pseudo_hosts' with unique index 'IX_tsk_pseudo_hosts__complex'.' How can i correct this error ?

Please contact Kaspersky technical support by opening a support case at companyaccount.kaspersky.com or call 781.503.1880 option 3 with GetSystemInfo Report from KSC Host: (https://support.kaspersky.com/common/diagnostics/3632#block)

Once at this site:
