Can't login to my account

I just created an account and paid the subscription but simply can't login. It keeps asking me to create a new password what I already did 100 times. Don't know what to do

I tried chrome, edge and kaspersky software

neither can login

From Spain, I can acces to my Kaspersky, I introduce the 2fa code and give me a error try it later…

So it's not just me, huh. My phone app still works, but on PC i am logged out of the Secure Connection app and cannot log back in. Same with My Kaspersky dot com account in the browser

The strange is, the error is when pit the 2fa code.. maybe something it’s broken in a server update  I don’t know.. but its to strange

same issue. can't login, can't use vpn. when it's gonna fix?

So sad, my son needs tablet for school and I can not acces app to give him more time in kaspersky kids premium version ...

we are still waiting for official confirmation of the problem fix. But I see, that services are already working.

Some refund? We have paid for this service and it prevented our kids to do homework and caused a lot of difficult famiytime. 
This is not OK!
