Cannot access Administration server from KSC (access denied)

Hi,

I'm unable to access the Administration server through Kaspersky Security Center. It gives me 'Access Denied' error. I tried restarting the Administration server service and changing the administration server service account but It did not work.

I checked the log , Three main error messages are mentioned :

- Database error occurred: #1963 (11) Database connection is broken "11 '[DBNETLIB][ConnectionWrite (WrapperWrite().]General network error. Consult your network documentation{08S01};' LastStatement='SELECT @@SPID;'"

- Database error occurred: #1963 (11) Database connection is broken "11 '[DBNETLIB][ConnectionWrite (send().]General network error.Consult your network documentation{08S01};' LastStatement='tsk_ri_get_subpkg_start'"

- Connection to main administration server failed.
#1282 Error in socket operation. Operation timed out. Location

. Our branch that encountered the problem said this happened after a backup task was performed (How is that even possible ??).
