My child has a Samsung Galaxy. If she restarts her phone several times the kespersky device time limit and device block do not work although she is still subject to allowable apps and websites. We have a limit of 3 hours a day but now she can be on at anytime day or night.  Any suggestions?

Support may request logs, traces & other data; they will guide you.
