Appeal for False Positive Blocking of https://typox.ai

Dear Kaspersky Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to appeal the blocking of our websites typox.ai and app.typox.ai, which have been flagged by Kaspersky as posing a "data leak threat". This issue is critical as it affects our users' access and trust in our services.

We have thoroughly reviewed our websites' security and have not found any vulnerabilities or threats that could justify this block. Both websites are secured with SSL and regularly updated to ensure compliance with the highest security standards. We use reputable third-party libraries and services that have not been flagged by any other security providers.

Specifically, the warning received is as follows:

• Domain: https : //typox.ai and https : //app.typox.ai
• Reason: Data loss threat
• Detection Method: Database

We believe this is a false positive and kindly request a review of our websites. We are more than willing to cooperate and provide any necessary information to assist with the review process.

https : //app.typox.ai is a subdomain of https : //typox.ai. As long as https : //typox.ai is secure and fully operational, https : //app.typox.ai will be as well.
