annoying message

I'm being asked to 'install application' before I can sign-in. I do this over and over (it's already loaded!) and the same message appears when I try and sign in again and again. I'm having to manually insert my passwords into all sites and it's getting very annoying! What's going on?

Could you please provide more details of the problem?

  • Where does the "install application" message appear?
  • Is the application already installed?
  • Have you already connected the app to your My Kaspersky account?

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
