After Kaspersky installed firewall block RDP and my Applications

As soon i installed the Endpoint security cloud on our Web application sever, i cannot browse my application from outside and cannot take the remote. Firewall get enabled by Kaspersky.
Need your urgent support to resovled this issue.

what did you install on the server? what version?

Server with RDP and client device on the same network?

what is their IP

it is more likely that the firewall rule for applications is triggered, due to the fact that you are accessing it from the Public part of the network (but by the standards of the application).

you will probably need to write a permissive packet rule ... but you need to understand how everything is configured for you now ...

Actually it is a web server, with windows std 2019 and 2016.

i purchase the Kaspersky end client cloud license.

As soon i installed the distribution package on my web server it blocks RDP and Application access from outside, when i enabled the Firewall it start working.

Also i cannot enabled the firewall from control panel because the Kaspersky taken the control by policy and scripts.

i do the protection resume for 3 hours and some time 2 hours because theh operation is facing issue cannot access the sites

I want to now how to allow and RDP and application access from outside. while using the kasperkey protection..

What license do you have for kaspersky Securit Cloud or Cloud Plus, or Kasresky Cloud Console ? RDP, as I understand it, sticks out on your server and is available from the Internet?

i have cloud plus license.

Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud Pro Middle East Edition. 5-9 Workstation / FileServer; 10-18 Mobile device 1 year Successive Download Licence
