Activation Issue with New Kaspersky Plus Subscription

I used Kaspersky Total Security for a long time, then switched to Kaspersky Plus. Recently, I bought a new 1-user, 1-year Kaspersky Plus activation code from an online store and added it to my account through the Kaspersky Plus app. The code appeared in my account as preserved. Today, my old subscription finished. Normally, the new subscription should be activated automatically. However, instead of activation, I received the following error message:

"You've reached the maximum number of devices covered by your subscription
Go to My Kaspersky, disconnect another device from your subscription and
click Try again to activate the application. Or buy another subscription."

I tried adding the activation code again through the web, but I received the following response: 
"The code has already been activated by sura********@*****.tld."

This is confusing because I successfully added the code to my account yesterday through the app. But, now it appears someone else has activated the same code, and I do not recognize the email address shown.

At the moment, my account does not have an active subscription. How the code I added has been linked to another email address? Please guide me to solve the issue. I have attached three JPEG files for your convenience.

Should we understand that your new 1-user, 1-year Kaspersky Plus activation code that you purchased  is already in use by somebody else  🤔 , if so please contact the online store ?

If someone else is already using the code, why does the app preserve it? Shouldn't it display a warning when I try to add the code?

Here is proof that the app preserved the code, even though the code was activated by another user.

Maybe its a technical issue. Can you tell me where I can find a solution to my problem, or should I consider myself being scammed?
