Accessibility permissions were revoked

My kid revoked the accessibility permissions, I tried to allowed them manually but the option is disabled, what can I do?

Here is the screen of the notification I received, because It was not possible to enable de Accesibility of my kids phone, I uninstall Safekids, and when I tried to install again it did not appear as available in the Google Play Store, so I downloaded it from the Kaspersky page as an APK file, install it again and then when I reach the final step to enable accessibility, the option does not allow it for the Kaspersky app.

Welcome!

The following are *critical* and *must* be set as shown: 

1. KSK - App permissions -> Remove permissions if app isn't used -> Greyed out - unable to be toggled ON/OFF.
2. KSK - App info -> Change System settings - Not allowed.
3. In (your) MyKaspersky account, KSK, App monitoring, Application: Settings - Forbidden.
4. In (your) MyKaspersky account, KSK, App monitoring, Application categories: Unknown - Forbidden.

1. Please read: Read before you create a new topic! by Danila T.; it helps us help you. 
2. Post the OS version of (your) child's Android & the *manufacturer name*, for example: Samsung, Oppo, Huawei, Redmi etc? 
3. Post the KSK version number from (your) child's Android? 
4. From (your) child's Android -> post a screen print of KSK App permissions, showing the Remove permissions if app isn't used option? 
5. From (your) child's Android - post a screen print of KSK App info, showing the Change system settings option?
6. From (your) MyKaspersky account, KSK tab, App permissions, show a screen print of the Settings application & permission granted? 
7. From (your) MyKaspersky account, KSK tab, App categories, show a screen print of the Unknown category & permission granted?
