2 VPN subscriptions yet one getting used

my friend already has a Kaspersky VPN subscription and we got the "Kaspersky Premium" subscription today we tried adding more devices under the same user yet only the original Kaspersky VPN subscription is getting used can't we use the VPN from the Premium subscription?

Welcome!

1. Kaspersky VPN Premium & Kaspersky Premium (with) Unlimited VPN subscriptions is for *one* User account only = the *subscriber* account = the account that the email address was used to purchase the subscription. 
2. All *other* users get Kaspersky Standard/Limited/Free. 
3. It's not possible to run Kaspersky VPN Premium & Kaspersky Premium (with) Unlimited VPN subscriptions *synchronously* -> log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts  - on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in the template as shown in the image below; include a *detailed history*:
