购买后无法下载windows端

我原本居住在日本，账号也是在日本注册并使用日本支付手段购买了卡巴斯基产品。去年我回国后，日本购买的卡巴斯基产品订阅即将到期，我就在中国区卡巴斯基重新使用中国支付方式购买了1年订阅，账户依旧绑定于我目前使用的账户中，进入我的卡巴斯基有显示我新购买的产品，但是无法下载新订阅的产品windows端程序。
系统：windows 11 home 25H2
卡巴斯基版本：21.24.8.522(b)订阅即将到期
问题：中国区购买后无法下载windows端，只显示安卓和ios下载

你需要联系卡巴中国大陆技术支持处理。请发邮件给以下地址，提供你的激活码和购买付款信息（比如支付界面截图啥的）
