Уважаемые пользователи когда-то прекрасного продукта Касперский, кто-то, когда-то смог связаться с техподдержкой? Пытаюсь уже не первый месяц и что-то никак))) Нигде)) Есть только страшно тупой бот в чате, который никогда не понимает вопрос. Не сказать, что самая дорогая лицензия, но на столько наплевательское отношение компании к клиентам прям бесит сильно...

In theory, Kaspersky Free product does not have available Technical Support.

It may have something to do with my location, but since November 2023 I have not been able to contact technical support in any way. Today, for example, I called several times to the number +7 499 921-23-80, waited for a long time, listening to how important my call was...) But the result is the same.

Perhaps it’s just that I have Kaspersky Premium

@Евгений..., проблема началась после нового года и видимо связана с увеличением количества клиентов, вызванным в частности уходом ряда зарубежных вендоров. Компания говорит что работает над решением проблемы. Но пока проблема актуальна.
