Hi I've just downloaded Internet security as a trial to my two netwoked PCs, I use Input Director to control both with one single keyboard and mouse. However although it works well I cannot access any of the Kaspersky settings as the mouse and keyboard are disabled around the borders of Karspersky interface. Read a post where the only solution offered was to disable Self Defense which indeed solves the issues but can cause security issues makes using the software pointless. I am thinking of purchasing license for 3 devices but unless there is a genuine solution without jeopardising security then I'm afraid I won't do so. Surprised this an issue when all previous other vendors packages never has a problem. Look forward to a possible resolution. regards //Mod Note: moved to proper section.

I'm running windows 7 and have removed all traces of my last antivirus, and checked for other virus's with the kaspersky virus removal tool. The system is completely up to date and has enough free space. Really frustrating as have installed it before on the same OS, is there a problem with the server today or something?

Hola buenos días. Resulta que tengo que actualizar kaspersky small office 5 a la versión 6 en un servidor y no me deja. Cuando ejecuto el .exe me aparece la primera ventana con el botón continuar para iniciar la instalación y no hace nada, no avanza. He probado de todo y no hay manera. Hay alguna solución?

hi and welcome to the community! To go to a page with a self-signed certificate (you can read more about the nature of certificate warnings here: https://support.kaspersky.com/12489#block3) you need to add the page URL to exclusions via Settings -> Additional -> Network -> Manage Exclusions -> Add. If you need to exclude from encrypted connections scan an IP address: go to Settings -> Application Control -> Manage applications -> search for Chrome (or other browser used) -> in the search results below double click on Chrome (or other browser) -> in the opened window go to tab Exclusions -> click "Do not scan all traffic" and select the option "Do not scan encrypted traffic" -> check the option "Only for specified IP addresses" -> enter the IP address x.x.x.x -> Save.

I checked the licence certificate... and found the activation codes, so I was able to create the Kaspersky Company Account. I know will make all the screenshots you asked for an open the ticket. One last question: Why isn´t it possible to change the names of the clients ??? It´s just an easy thing and there´s only the computer-name shown in the devices-tab.

Hi, The ID license you gave me is actually the ID of your Cloud portal. The key number that appears in the Endpoint that is already linked to your Cloud is made up of 3 groups of 4-6-8 characters, through that key Kaspersky can find your code. Regards -

For anyone interested the answer, Kaspersky support via our Company account resolved this issue for us re: Access Denied when browsing websites. As per screenshot below we unchecked "Scan encrypted connections" for our Endpoint Client for Windows 11.1 policy.

KES stuck at Opening SCM...?

We are running KES 10 on Win server 2012. I tried running kaspersky backup with and without cmd and with the -log parameter in cmd. After being stuck at opening scm for 5-7min , i get this message "Error 1197/ 0x0 .operation failed because of time out period expired' of access to service 'klnagent'.. I checked my services and the network security agent is set to automatic start i stopped it and started it agian but same error. I'm trying to save the backup to C: -
Hello again! Thank you very much all for your proposals, but unfortunately things got ...a bit worse since last time. After a bunch of shutdowns (with or w/o Shift key) and restarts, now the main program rendered useless to update and displays constantly "Last update: Failed", even after I click "Run update" and fetch the list of files to download from server-side :dizzy_face: But, on the other side, there are 2 puzzling issues: On my ProgramData folder, I have at AVP19.0.0/.../19.0.0.1088_kis_e --> that indicates patch(e) currently installed - despite indicating patch(d) on balloon! When I hover the mouse pointer over the Kaspersky product icon in system tray the balloon notification displays "Databases release date: 9/5/2019 - 18:49"! Moments ago, to my ...surprise, KAV displayed "Databases are corrupted" and "Not all components were updated" errors :sneezing_face: Really, I still do not know how I managed to wreck havoc one of the best (or THE BEST) anti-virus I've ever had!! :clown: So, I would like to ask you, is there any way to push / force a manual update for databases and application modules and of course flushing / removing of *.removeOnNextReboot" redundant files? I hope there is such kind of solution, because exporting settings & then uninstalling / reinstalling the AV, would be really a pain! :thermometer_face: Thank you, very much

I received a popup to install kaspersky (from windows 10) for administrative rights, i selected yes, and it's been over 20 min and it still hasn't installed. I know it's not my speed or anything because the installation always takes less than 5 min. -
