Version? don't know. just downloaded it, so must be latest
Patch(x)? x = letter - no patch
iDrive version? - latest: 6.7.1.49
Is iDrive installed as an application on your device? - yes
If "yes" was iDrive recently installed? - works for a long time successfully. Because of current problem, a new version was downloaded, still under checking
Does the iDrive software have a "trusted" status in Kaspersky application? - dom"t know how to do that
In Kaspersky REPORTS, are there ANY events logged for iDrive? - no
If "yes", please "export" those events & upload the report by selecting the upload icon in your reply.
Have you tried backing up files externally and not been able to? - yes
Tell us exactly what happened? - backup failed, and log of iDrive says: Possible reasons: 1. Ensure that you do not have an intermittent Internet connection. (z: not relevant) 2. Check if you have granted the necessary privileges on local firewall
Any other information that you think represents the issue? - no
