  1. Hello Will Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11.2.0 for Windows (version 11.2.0.2254) work with Admin server 10.5.1781? Just want to make sure before I start deploying. Thanks
  2. The web filter client is not functioning correctly. There are inconsistent blocks. We are using KAV version 11.1.0.15919. Net agent 10.5.1781 and KSC 10.5.1781 I was think there was some kind of log I could check to make sure scanning is not happening on the exclusions I have in place. Thanks
  3. Hello We are using a web filter that requires exclusions to be put in place for it to work proper. The web filter is Lightspeed Relay. I have the scan exclusions set but the Lightspeed company still thinks there is something conflicting. Is there a logs or anything that I can run to see if scanning is still taking place within the Lightspeed client? Thanks

  6. Hello We are on version 11.1.0.15919 for our windows end points and using Admin server version 10.5.1.781. Starting today we have noticed a lot more blocked web sites considered malicious. Since these site are the sites we use everyday I have been adding them to the trusted site section. My question is: was there an update that created more of these alerts and do I have our setting to high? I have the setting set to "recommended" and the action set to block.   8. Hello We are currently using Admin server 10.5.1781 and Network agent 10.5.1781 . My question is, can we install workstation 11.1.0.15919 and Sever version 10.1.2.996 and still be on Admin server 10.5.1781 Thanks

Hello We are currently using Admin server 10.5.1781 and there is a notification in the monitoring portion that states Update "patch 10_5_1781_server_a.exe is available for Administration Server and requires an installation approval from the administrator. My question is, by running this patch will it require any interaction with my end points such as requiring reboots? My end points are as follows: Windows devices = Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows (11.0.1) version number 11.0.1.90 Network Agent = 10.5.1781 Windows Servers = 10.1.0.622 Net Agent = 10.5.1781

  11. Hello I have a lab of computers that I need to disable realtime for 2 hours because of a testing app that requires that. I am creating a new policy for that lab within the logical network of KSC 10. The workstations have version 11.0.1. Within that new policy if I uncheck "file threat protection" will that disable realtime scanning? Thanks
