Thank you so much for writing this! I am using the free version, and I am about fed up with popups that tell me I should get the paid version. I am not going to get the paid version. You have multi-million dollar accounts that can pay your fees and keep you in chocolates. The free version is for the people stuck at home with no money. We are never going to buy your program. We don't need anything fancy. We just need to be sure our computers are not taken over by nefarious villains. If you keep annoying us, we are not even going to use the free program and recommend the paid version to our friends with money. Irritating your customers is not the way to keep them. I don't know what they are teaching in business school these days, but it seems to be lies about the value of annoying your customers half to death in order to milk more money out of them. All you are doing is driving us away. Stop it. For the good of humanity. Stop driving your customers crazy.
