    1. In the Kaspersky Plus & Kaspersky Premium subscription, Unlimited VPN is for the subscription holder *only*, so, the Unlimited VPN can be used on the other two PCs *IF*, you use the same email address that you used to purchase the subscription, if different email addresses are used, the VPN will be Standard/Limited. The Kaspersky Plus & Kaspersky Premium subscription - 5 Users - covers the AV & Kaspersky Premium Password Managers for 5 Users *NOT* Unlimited VPN for 5 users.

    3. Subscription based agreements are cyclical, how is the consumer going to honour the agreement when it becomes due at the next renewal? The consumer consents to the Subscription T & C when they purchase the Subscription.     4. Your comments for dot point 4. are confusing, we don't know if you're sharing your own experience or that of a friend, irrespective, the only resolution available is via the Kaspersky Customer Service team; IF you have any issues, post back the Incident reference please?

    Thanks for that I couldn't figure where this info was or indeed whether I'd downloaded the wrong anti-virus application. I've heard good things about Kaspersky for a good while and will eventually subscribe to a paid plan but need to try out the features I need first.

    1. No. Kaspersky Free is: Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware and Anti-Ransomware Protection & Stalkerware Detection. 
    2. Ok.
    3. The software distribution on Windows & Android is different.

    To set your expectations @abdu_2023, Kaspersky Customer Service may take 3 to 5 business days to process the request - that is a normal turnaround time. 

    You can wear your fingers out typing meaningless posts if you wish, it will not make Kaspersky Customer Service process the request any faster.

    The use of VPN technology is subject to local laws and regulations. Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection should only be used for its intended purpose. And it is not available for downloading or activation in Belarus, China, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Oman, Pakistan, and Qatar.

    (Your) Invoice shows the Kaspersky Premium & Kaspersky Safe Kids subscription has been purchased - the VPN has not = compliance with local laws.
