  1. Hello, The disk on my PC has occupied a lot of space because of the temp files which I am unable to delete. These temp files are located on the given path below. C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\KES\Temp\tempio Can someone please tell me how can I delete these files to free up the space on my disk? I look forward to your help. BR, Talha Mazhar
  2. Hi, I am here with a problem regarding the Kaspersky. Recently we have upgraded the Kaspersky security center to 13.2 after the upgradation it was working fine, but since few days it is causing a problem for the outlook. Whenever client open the outlook its shows an error message on screen and gives instruction to restart the PC. After the restart it gets open but some time later it does same problem. I need a solution for this problem. Why it is interrupting the outlook? I’m attaching a snapshot for your better understanding.
  3. Hi Everyone, I have a server of Kaspersky Endpoint Security For Windows 11.1. There are many client connected from my organization on that server. The problem which I want to share with you that few of my client’s system Kaspersky Endpoint Security is not working properly showing the message “Database are extremely out of date” with yellow triangle exclamation mark. Kaspersky Endpoint Security icon showing like this on my Client PCs.Can someone help me in this regard. I look forward to the positive response.
