I was contacted through email from my company account to your technical support team. and on company portal there was option available to contact to your support team by chat unfortunately the option is not available now. I don't know whats the reason any way I will contact to your support team by email thanks for your guidelines.
  2. few days ago you were lunched chat option feature with your technical engineer but now there is no option available to chat with your technical support engineer.
  3. Sir chat option is not available on my company account since yesterday is it disabled from your end.
  4. Dear Members, I am unable to push Microsoft downloaded patch remotely from KSC on windows server 2003 result occurred.
