Is the latest version of Internet Security 21.00.etc compatible with OS Catalina 10.15.7 yet. I had what appears to be the same problem as @hisakazu. I had one of the technicians do a remote support session a couple of months ago. That session solved the problem by reinstalling version 20 temporarily . I have resisted the temptation to upgrade since as the technician suggested but that was it. Protection working fine but using old version. Any ideas if its ok to upgrade?
