Here is the message shown from KIS windows: Starting… Information about your protection will be shown in a moment. Also, I purchased Kaspersky total security for 5 devices. The problem is occurred on KIS. I don’t know if same issue can be shown on Windows or iOS devices. Thanks, Hisakazu

Hi sorry, I gave wrong info. The actual MacOS version is Catalina 10.57.7. Kaspersky Internet Security 21.0.0.464. BTW, KIS is keep repeating ‘Starting..” session, even exiting the app. Thank you. Hisakazu

After update Kaspersky Internet Security(KIS) on Mac Catalina, we got a issue. The new KIS windows with “Starting ...” message appear, and but it closed automatically after 15 sec passed. After that same windows appear and disappear again. These cycle repeats forever. I did re-install KIS, but problem still exists. Thanks, Hisakazu

Hello, I installed safe kid in my son’s iPad. The iPad is still can be accessible even if it’s exceed their device limit time. I check the monitoring type, and it say “just warning when time limit is reached, the device will not block”. So, how can I change the mode so that device can be blocked. Thank you so much. Hisakazu

Hi, I have a single kid he has two devices; pc and iPad. The Pc is used by his school, and iPad is used for his hobby. I want to setup that game website can be accessible by iPad, but not on Pc. How can I setup? It looks there is no way to prepare 2 different internet setups; one for PC and another for iPad device within single profile. Thanks.
