Thank you - the removal tool has worked. KPM still shows in the programme list under Add/Remove programmes, but if it try to uninstall, it then says it’s not there. Many thanks in any case. Serafina

I am unable to remove the program Kaspersky Password Manager, using uninstall in the Add / Remove Programmes control panel. I receive this pop up windows message: Could not access network location *. (see attached screenshot) OS is Windows 10 Thank you
