How to restore quarantined files PERMANENTLY in Kaspersky Standard... It keeps deleting a program file in my downloads folder every time I open the folder - I do NOT want these files quarantined EVER - How do I do that? The old Kaspersky didn't do this but you no longer offer it so I had to purchase Standard in Dec. when my license expired. ALSO - Where ARE the files? - The only time I can see them is in Reports - I do not see a link or menu item anywhere that says quarantined files.

I have the SAME problem as rdm123 - I'm using Windows 7 / Kaspersky Version - 21.3.10.391 (j) - AND this only started happening about a week ago, NOTHING is enabled. Also - WHERE IS Secure Connection - so I can check that as was stated above?
