  1. We are the secondary server. I have checked IP Range Scans, the IP ranges of the affected clients have not been defined in the scanning range and I have deactivated IP scanning as well as domain scanning some time ago but still same result. I have also made sure they are deleted from AD a while ago and that they are not listed in the Active Directory polling results anymore.
  2. I opened a ticket already and the solution suggested was upgrade to 13.2. The problem is we have a secondary server and cannot decide on our own to go to the newest version. I also noticed that the behaviour is not the same for all clients, some clients can be deleted, show up in unassigned devices and can be deleted as usual but many others that dont go to unassigend devices first cannot.
  3. We have the problem that when we delete clients from Kaspersky Security Center 13.1, no matter by using delete or remove from group/remove from database in unassigend devices they reappear after approx. 1 day. After deletion, the client is not found in unassigned devices nor in the device discovery. Also, the clients have been deleted from Active directory a long time ago and cannot be synced from there as well, domains and IP range poll is deactivated. What we noticed is that in KSC 13.1 the client is not found in unassigned devices after deletion like in version 12 where it had to be deleted a second time to be removed entirely. Anybody else experiencing the same issue?
