    Please note that by posting here, you are reaching out to the Kaspersky community and not to the official Kaspersky support 

    Reinstalling a product does not mean that you lose a license slot. 

    a. Log in to https://my.kaspersky.com

    b. Go to Devices and click on your PC. 

    c. Under the PC screen image on the left, click on the link to disconnect your device. 

    That way the occupied license slot will be freed, and you can reuse it for the new installation. 

    The error you encounter seems to be related to your user account, which is (possibly) not an admin account for your PC. 

    In such cases, the program should be installed over an account with admin rights. 

    If that is not the case, please contact the support and send them a screenshot of the error and a gsi report.

  2. I assume you mean, you run a big file scan and deleted the found files yourself without checking, what those big files where. 

    Maybe you can see if a restore point prior to the deletion time/date is present and if so, restore your pc to that time in order to bring the .pst file back. 

    It is highly recommended checking/overseeing the automated processes of any programm before confirming changes that might lead to data loss. Kaspersky found the big files in your system. This does not mean, that all those big files must be deleted without controlling what they are and for what purpose they exist.

    Basically im running 2 devices on a subscription of 3 because i cant get it to work on Android.
    Its a Pure Subscription 3 devices 1 year which is same as Plus i guess...

    Hello Holic! 

    If you had the Kaspersky App already installed on your Android device with another subscription, you willl have to re-install it before you can activate the new license.

    Please also check, if the license has already been bound with an inactive device on your MyKaspersky-Account and if so, delete the inactive device from your account:

    In order to activate the lic on the newly installed Android-App, just open the App menu and login to MyKaspersky from there. 

     

    FYI: Kaspersky Pure (Total Security) is not the same as Kaspersky Plus. You can use your lic with the new programm but you will not get unlimited VPN which is only included in the new products/licenses. 

  4. Es gibt in den meisten Fällen 2 Stellen, wo do eine E-Mail-Adresse möglicherweise hinterlegt hast. 

    A. My Kaspersky: Auf My Kaspersky kannst du deine E-Mail-Adresse selbst ändern. 

    1. Melde dich unter https://my.kaspersky.com an

    2. Auf deine E-Mail-Adresse oben rechts und dann auf Kontoeinstellungen klicken. 

    3. Unter "E-Mail-Adresse" die aktuelle E-Mail-Adresse und dein Passwort zur Bestätigung eingeben und speichern 

    B. Vertriebspartner: Die E-Mail-Adresse, die du beim Bestellen eingegeben hast, kannst du über den Support 

    ändern lassen. 

    So geht's:

    Unter support.kaspersky.com eine Anfrage erstellen

    Alte und neue E-Mail-Adresse mitteilen. Zur Identifizierung werden noch deine Bestelldaten (Bestellnummer, Rechnungsanschrift) benötigt. Du kannst diese gleich mitteilen, um die Bearbeitung zu beschleunigen. 

    Wenn der Aktivierungscode (4 Gruppen mit jeweils 5 Stellen) oder der Lizenzschlüssel (diesen kannst du im Support Fenster der Anwendung finden) vorhanden ist, ebenfalls eintragen.
