The same situation on KTS. I fixed it enabling build-in Windows firewall, without it Windows cannot detect Kaspersky as default and working antivirus. But this no matter. Kaspersky 2021 it worst Kaspersky version I ever had on my system. 21.2 was simply not usable, 21.3 is much more stable during typical work in Windows, but still I have freezes during shut down, endless power shutdowns etc. So, again, this software in actual state is unusable. This is extremely dangerous for data consistency on HDD/SSD, this kind of behaviour. After downgrade to version 20.x problems gone. Version 21 has patch “g” and still critical bugs in code exists. This is serious fault in trust for yours corporation. You must fix it.
