  1. Soon after Kaspersky Plus auto-updated to version 21.14.5.462, my Windows 7 Pro computer blue screened. I tried to reboot in safe mode and run CHKDSK. But it said CHKDSK could not run due to recently installed software. The only way I could run CHKDSK was to completely uninstall Kaspersky Plus. CHKDSK found and fixed disk errors caused by the crash. What do I do now?
  2. After installing KIS, my event viewer posts this message on each boot up: Event ID 7006 -- The ScRegSetValueExW call failed for Start with the following error: Access is denied. Is this caused by KIS self-protection? Is there a bug somewhere?
