Guten Tag Ich benutze die neueste Version von Kaspersky Internet Security bei Windows 10, und mein Firefox Add-On funktioniert seit einigen Tagen nicht mehr. Die Applikation ist grau, wenn ich darauf klicke lädt sie in Endlosschleife, statt mir z.B. die Optionen für Anti-Banner anzuzeigen. Auch blockt sie seit einigen Tagen keine YouTube Banner mehr, und der Passwortschutz ist deaktiviert. Ebenso empfiehlt mir Kaspersky Internet Security ständig das Add-on zu installieren, obwohl es installiert ist, die neueste Version ist, und Firefox dies auch so anzeigt. Aktiviert ist es auch, mehrere Versuche sie zud de/reaktivieren bzw. entfernen oder neu zu installieren haben nichts gebracht. (In allen anderen Browern ist es dasselbe) Wäre schön wenn mir jemand helfen könnte.

Hello, I use Windows 10 and Kaspersky internet security and I’ve got a problem with my Add-on for Mozilla Firefox. The symbol in my add-on list is not green anymore, and when i click on it (to show more options) it just loads in an endless loop. I tried to re-intsall and reactivate it, but to no avail. Options like password-protection or blocking of Youtube ads do not work anymore. Moreover, Kaspersky just keeps recommending that I install the feature although Firefox says it is installed and activated? (And yes, it’s the same problem for every browser.) It would be nice if someone could help me, i feel a bit lost. (Also, excuse the fact thta I uploaded the German version of this post to this forum as well, it was an accident)
