Dear support,
Today I received an e-mail from Kaspersky stating that my license has expired.
I have however recently renewed my license and also have the order confirmation to prove it.
I was able to enter the data from the order confirmation and had no problems untill this e-mail arrived.
When I tried to open Kaspersky after reading this e-mail my computer froze and I had to forcibly restart it.
Since then I have also not been able to log in to Kaspersky with the information that arrived allongside the order confirmation.
Please advice me how I should proceed.
