  1. You moved my question to a thread that has had no response in 21 days? I don’t think that helps me out any.
  2. We started to update devices with the latest distribution package but now the devices are reporting as “Critical”. Here is a screenshot showing that it is communicating just fine. The local client has been completely removed and reinstalled. The device was completely removed from the cloud and then added back once the program was reinstalled. This is happening will all devices running this version. The devices were reporting as “OK” before the update to 11.7
  3. The biggest problem with this “feature” is the complete lack of control. You can schedule how often it checks and at what time of day, that is it. This is all done from the online online portal. The local client doesn’t have any options to “run now” or for that matter, mention the the software vulnerability scans anywhere. This should be listed in Tasks but it is not. Kaspersky needs to fix this.
  4. This is still a problem. It doesn’t look like any are updating, even though I am applying updates to my computers. This is broken.
  5. Network Agent 13.0.0.11247 Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows 11.6.0.394 The Could version is hosted so it would be on the latest.
  6. I am using Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud I have a problem with the software vulnerability not updating for a couple months on a few machines (both Windows 10 and Server 2016). Is there a way to force an update? Any reason that a computer won’t report or run a scan? All other Protection Components are working.
  7. It sounds like it is phone specific. Try to contact Kaspersky Support directly. Good luck.
  8. actually try this. “Your business ID” can be found at the Kaspersky Business Hub. Server: s269.cloud.kaspersky.com/”your business ID” Port: 13292 I hope that helps.
  9. I think that the IP that I have is specific to the email that I received so I can’t give it to you. Sorry.
  10. I thought that it automatically put the IP address in if you clicked the link to install that you received in the email. I know that you can only use the link once and each device needs to have a separate email link. Maybe that is the problem?
  11. Also, a test installation on a phone refuses to release the license now? I uninstalled to software, deleted the device and yet I see that it thinks the license is still being used. It’s been over a week since the deletion so not sure what to think about that either.
  12. I have have just started switching my devices over from a self hosted Kaspersky EPS Server and I am a bit disappointed with the new product. I was assuming that the cloud based software would be similar in setup and management options to the the other version but it isn’t even close. Simple things like device groups don’t exist? If I set up a user with multiple devices they all have to have the same profile? I can’t set up one for Desktop and another for Laptop and another for Mobile? It just doesn’t make sense to me. Next is my deployment and license's. Since I did a license upgrade they Blacklisted my old keys with a warning or 7 days until expiration. 7 days to migrate an agency? Awesome! Finally, I have had a ticket in the support system (related to not receiving emails from Kaspersky) for a week now. The last message I received said it was being escalated but I haven’t heard any updates in 5 days (3 business days). I am really hoping that I didn’t make an expensive mistake.
