I tried to reproduce to install again the kaspersky security center 14.2, i thought the problen was with the version of sql server express 2022 then i installed SQL server 2022 developper. the problem is resoluted now. thinks.

the same problem. i have copied the updates on a local folder and i create a new task "update database". the task can't import the updates.

yes management plugin for 12.1is installed. the task didn't accomplish with any errors. the time is correct.

i use kaspersky update utility to download updates and i copied it on an extern disk, then i plug the disk on the KSC server.
