[Kaspersky Premiun cell phone version 11.107.4.10932 bug?]

I have this exact same issue since late november on my android phone that has kaspersky on it, it must be a bug from the latest update.

Thank you for sharing all of this information, I really appreciate it, in this case I'll follow your advice and purchase 2x Kaspersky Premium - 10 Devices - 3 Years licences instead of 1x Kaspersky Premium - 20 Devices - 3 Years licence.

Hi @Flood and Flood's wife, apologies if I should have created a new topic rather than replying in this one.

Do you happen to know if the ''Unlimited VPN is limited to 1x User Account'' rule also applies to a Kaspersky Premium - 20 Devices - 3 Years licence? I'm thinking about purchasing one but I need to use the Unlimited VPN in 2x User Accounts so I'm on the fence whether to just acquire 2x Kaspersky Premium - 10 Devices - 3 Years licences or 1x Kaspersky Premium - 20 Devices - 3 Years licence.

I already contacted Kaspersky Support via chat regarding this but the Chat Op told me the Unlimited VPN can be used on 10x User Accounts which is probably false information taking into account the info found in this topic.

Hi Flood, I appreciate your reply but that note that amazon has on the product page isn't always accurate, my KTS license that is expiring soon I actually purchased it from Amazon.com and it had the exact same note and I activated it without issues on January 2022, now that I look at the product page once again I ran into this question that was answered by what I'm guessing is Kaspersky's official amazon account and it confirms that a KTS licence from Amazon.com can be activated in Mexico:

So that's why I'm wondering whether a Kaspersky Premium licence would work in Mexico as it is part of North America and Kaspersky Premium has been launched in NA AFAIK.
