Since the 14.2 update the policy I had configured to exclude a folder on certain devices from being analysed hasn't been working, the folder is getting detected by malware scans and files are being deleted. The policy is the same from the 14.0 versión, I've tried adding the exceptión file by file and creating a new policy with the exceptions but nothing seems to work.

As stated in the title I've encountered an issue with the Shutdown Device task, when executed the device restarts the system despite configuration of the task being clearly set to shut down. I've remade the task and tried it after reinstalling both the agent and the endpoint software on the client device. Windows event viewer generates the same entry of kaspersky agent scheduling for a restart no matter what the task has been configured as.
