Hola buenos días, Siempre me salta el mismo error, si no es la tercera linea, es en la cuarta. Receiving the Network Agent statistical data...OK Network Agent statistical data: Total number of synchronization requests: 0 The number of successful synchronization requests: 0 Total number of synchronizations: 0 The number of successful synchronizations: 0 Date/time of the last request for synchronization: Deinitializing basic libraries...OK Que puedo hacer para resolver este problema? me ocurre en diferentes PCs Antes del proceso de instalación, he utilzado el “kavremvr” para desinstalar lo que tenia anteriormente, que era el Kaspesky Security Endpoint 10 Eso si, he visto que una carpeta dentro de archivos de programas se mantiene, que se llama Kaspersky Lab que dentro tiene Agent Network (no estoy segura si esta carpeta se ha generado al instalar el nuevo programa o se ha quedado del anterior, si podriais confirmarmelo tambien os lo agradeceria) Adjunto el GSI y si hace falta mas información por favor, no dudeis en pedirmelo. El PC tiene instalado Windows 7 Ultimate con service pack 1, y aunque no es condicionante (puesto que en otros PCs está instalado y funcionando) es un PC comprado a siemens con estas caracteristicas: Quedo a la espera de saber que hacer.
