Hello, I see this tread is a bit old, but I live the same situation on a 3 days KSK setup. My chlidren work on Win10 PC, profiles set to block, and when they send a request for more time I receive zero/no notification on my Android KSK app. The only way to receive a popup, and to allow additional time, is to connect to my.kaspaersky.com, where I receive the request and am able to set additional time. As alexbergsland says above, it would be much easier to receive and accept the request on an Android mobile phone then on a Windows PC with a web browser on :( May we have an update on this issue ?
