  1. I contacted support, tried various solutions none appeared to work, then just loaded, did not do antthing different, so I do not know the answer, all working OK. Thank you for everyone who helped.
  2. Well tried these, deleted app again, still will not sync. I used to have toatl security and renewed to premium. Thank you for your help.

  4. Good morning, can anyone inform me what version I get on my android phone (POCO F3) I have purchased Premium for five devices but phone will on show free version, thank you
