Dears, I install Kaspersky network agent on a new computers from command line and its ok : start C:\Windows\System32\msiexec.exe /i "NetAgent_12.2.0.4376\exec\Kaspersky Network Agent.msi" /qn DONT_USE_ANSWER_FILE=1 SERVERADDRESS=xxx.xxx.org EULA=1 When I try to upgrade old computers from old network agent version to version 12 with the same command, nothing happen how I can upgrade Kaspersky old network agent version to version 12 from command line ( because many computers didn't upgrade agent from security center, for this I try to create bat file with this command and send it link to users by mail to run it ) Thank you for your help

How I can Remove Multiple devices from Security Center database?

Dear, After I do Active Directory Poll, I get many computers from active directory, I need Polling to get only computers in specific organization Unit OU and ignore all computers in other OU. Also I need to remove computers from Kaspersky database, I can remove one by one, but I have hundreds of computer I can’t remove multiple selected computer from data base in on time. how i can do this. Thank you

Dear I upgrade Kaspersky Security Center server to version 12 on server, on host I upgrade Network Agent to version 12, and Kaspersky Endpoint to version 11.5. I user Kaspersky report to do inventory for my company, I get Report on hardware and Report on device users. I need to see serial number of computer on Both reports to to merge both reports into one report for the same computer contains hardware details and user details . another question please how I get the hard disk if its SSD or HDD on Report on hardware. Thank your for your answer I update Kaspersky Security Center server to version 12 on server, on host I update Network Agent to version 12, and Kaspersky Endpoint to version 11.5. on pc I still have the problem, when I login with xxx user name in inventory its still inactive, I try to remove xxx user profile from windows 10 registry, and remove old profiles for KlNagSvc user I try login with another user(on the same computer), in Kaspersky inventory repot I found it active, and fount participant name correct. We have windows domain controller, we have domain user , we configure it as a member of local administration group, we use it to install the programs on workstation. on workstation we install network Agent 11.0.0.1131 , and Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows Version 11.3.0.773. when we take a device inventory report from Kaspersky security center 11, found Current status: Active. Name: name of current user (who install the agent and endpoint) Email: email of current user (who install the agent and endpoint) when we logon to this workstation with another domain user (member of local administration group) on the previous report the Current status: Inactive. Name: name of Previous user (who install the agent and endpoint) Email: email of Previous user (who install the agent and endpoint) (on other workstations we found Current status: Active, Name: name of last user who logon to the workstation) and his mail how i can solve the problem for inactive workstation, to be active and to appear the name of the last user who logon
