Hi I am having the same issue with Mac. The device use is tracked. However it doesn't show the internet reports when for the internet usage. It also stopped sending me notifications when my kid accesses forbidden or non recommended internet webpages. I uninstalled it and reinstalled, it worked for one day and stopped again. Please advise what to do? Thanks!
