  1. I've just reinstalled Kaspersky after downloading the one from the link you've provided, and it fixed my issue, I can use Spotify again! Thanks a lot.
  2. I've also tried re-installing Spotify to no avail. Kept getting the error code: auth:16 which prevented me from logging in, along with the usual "blocked by firewall" message. Re-installing Kaspersky Internet Security though is proving to be an even bigger nuisance since the website won't even let me download the installer without buying another license. I'm gonna attempt a way-around by downloading a trial version and logging into my (subscriber) account from there--
