Hello, I too have noticed that Kaspersky has taken that away and I contacted them and asked for the reason and I was told basically it was the Engineers who decided to do this and for safety reasons. I currently have Kaspersky Internet Security 2020 until next December and recently the 2021 version downlaoded so I removed it and went back to the 2020 version. Who do we speak to about this please? Our subscriptions start in June, so should I talk to Technical help and ask since I have paid for our subscription until next December, will they allow me not to have to pay for another subscription since they are updating us automatically? Please who do I contact in regards to this matter? Do I need to contact Eugene? We like Kaspersky and don’t want to have to find another protection or even that, go to a Apple or Chrome Book like they use in the schools. Thank you.

Hi, I am currently running Kaspersky Internet Security 2020, I am not on version 2021 yet. The download shoes 20.0.1.4.1085 (I). Wnen Kapsersky downloaded the 2020 version before my 2019 version expired, we had the same problem. that you don’t see the bar move and the percentage doesn’t change. We are still using windows 7, and I don’t know if that is the problem. Thank you.

Hello, I need some help please. The Search For Activity Traces isn’t functioning on our Kaspersky Internet Security 2020. We hit Search For Activity Traces you don’t see anything on the bar, it says please wait and the bar is just clear you don't see the bar move, and you don’t see the percent number change stays at 0 and then next, it takes you to the Search For Activity Traces Completed and then I hit Next and up pops up Privacy Cleaner and it say the Wizard Is Cleaning user activity and on that bar you don’t see it move, it is just clear and he percentage stays at 0 and it says completed, then you can reboot your computer. When Kaspersky downloaded this version before our 2019 expired, we had the same issue. Can anyone please send me a link on how to correct this and make it work? Thank you.

Hello, Thank you, I was able to reinstall the 2019 version, however now I have lost the Kaspersky Internet Security Protection 2019 add-on for Firefox & Internet Explorer. Please help me to reinstall the add-on. In regards to the KIS18 exe I removed it from both computers and have had issues. Thank you

Hello, My Kaspersky Internet Security 2019 is due to expire in 18 days, and on my computer how this happened I don’t know, but it upgraded to some components of 2020 and I tried to uninstall and go back to 2019 and it didn’t return to the whole 2019 version. I did have it set so that it wouldn’t install to next version, and on my husband computer it is still the 2019 version. Is there anyway of going back to the 2019 version so that I can complete the use of it? Also how do I prevent Kaspersky Internet Security 2020 from uploading automatically to the 2021 version? I looked under settings on the partial version of 2020 under New Applications Versions, Settings and I can’t find it there? Also one more question please: I have this on both of our computers: Can I delete this from both of the computers? I think this was from Kaspersky Internet Security 2018 when I installed it but I want to make sure?
