  1. Do these Devices Still Exist in your Active Directory? and do you have AD Polling in Place - this may be why they return! - They do for us - even if they are Disabled in AD
  2. yes they did respond at 9:30 am By that time I had already seen your Response about it being Fixed! and found out for Myself On a More Positive Note - I have just had an email from Support saying it will be Down tomorrow morning for 15 mins! Which is a 1st - as in the 1st time we have been Pre-informed of an outage! I only posted in here initially to see if other customers were affected - as Intially Support thought it was just Us and the browser I was using! But thanks for your responses they are appreciated!
  3. Thanks - I did notice it was back last night - though I am still awaiting Our UK Support people to update me on this! I am also Interested as to why we were left Blind on out entire Kaspersky estate for almost a Day with no explanation or comment!

This Morning at @ 11:20 we lost access to the Cloud Console - here in the UK at least I logged a Ticket with Support Answered loads of Questions Replied to the next email asking more stuff like have I tried another browser another Device Then got an email saying that they did not know of any Issue with the Cloud Console! Then Finally after an hour of frustration get told by support that HQ had notified them of an Issue - and it would be fixed within an Hour It has not been Fixed yet! Does Anyone else actually Use the Cloud Security Console?

I noticed this with The Kaspersky Network Agent - it seems to have a Self Signed Cert that expires after a while - I mentioned this to our Kaspersky Support people who were unaware of this situation We Use SCCM to deploy the Agent to new Builds - and after a While we have to update our source files with a newly generated Agent! This Issue is we do not know how long they last for - and the other issue is its very annoying!
  6. Just found this thread - been tearing my hair out over the last few days regarding this issue! Am also pleased to discover other people are actually using the Kaspersky Security Cloud Console - as I was getting the Impression we were the only Organisation as I kept finding Issues - reporting them and being told these were being added to the Next Feature List. Oh and since about 8:00 this morning I cant Log into the Cloud Console - keep getting the Helpful “Opps something went wrong Message” so maybe Kaspersky are applying a Fix! Here’s hoping!
