Yes, it looks like Cesares link helped. However it was a NEW STANDARD UNCHANGED installation which is supposed to be properly debugged and errors properly caught and messaged. There was not SQL related error, just quick setup, which is run automatically after installation, crashed without message. To CAOS > thanks, but I am not paid to betatest standard installations, this is paid software so I expect it to work at least in most basic situations. I installed it anew in new Windows 10 with SQLserver 2019 express and there was the same error. That means that EVERY new installation of SQL2019 server will produce the same error. This is clearly badly debugged setup which might work with SQL2019 server only if it is upgrade of older version.
