Do you mean I must to add one system from that Vlan As update agent in first KSC?

If I don’t want to slave server, I can’t access IP’s from that VLna? How do I make distribution points?

I have a network that is divided into several vlan. I have two KSC in this network. I want to get report about Antivirus status from all Systems in this network, In one KSC I get “Protection status report” from reports, and export list of “Device Discovery” with IP. But I don’t and any IP from one vlan. I want to have a report from statuse of all systems in my network, from one KSC.

I don’t have any problem befor that. about 1 month ago it get update normally.

Hello I unisnall KES 11, install Kaspersky Security 10.x for Windows Server, cleare update history, then start “Download update task” again. It start from 12:43 , I get some “timed out” and It just run to 44% after 1 houre. Is it normal?

Ok What should I do to solve update issue?

Hello I have a KSC 11.0.01131. This console was not updated everyday, I try to upgrade it to KSC 12 but after it KSC don't connect again. (I check services, run "switch account utility", modify it from control panel, ...) but not solved. I uninstall it, install KSC 11 and restore last backup. Then update task run to 44% but It stays the same, from 2day's ago. I worry about this, clients don't get update some days. I attached GSI and Update task. Please help, It is a big problem, and admin asks me to explain. Thank you.
