Hi, After installing KES to clients, I cannot PING from the administration server (KSC 12) to the clients. However, I can ping from client to admin server. I have turned off the firewall in the client device still issue persist. If I uninstall KES from the client the ping works…. Any ideas how to resolve this?

Hi Guys, I need to install the windows update 20H1 & 20H2 to few of the client devices via KSC. From the task the available updates are 19H1, 19H2 & 21H1 but not 20H1 & 20H2. According to https://support.kaspersky.com/KSC/SP3/en-US/61470.htm I tried the Synchronizing updates from Windows Update with Administration Server, still there also it does not show 20H1 & 20H2. Could someone advice how to get these 20H1 & 20H2 updates to KSC?

Hi guys, Just need your suggestion to create a report in Kaspersky Security Center. I'm managing around 300 devices. All I need is a report. The report consist of, 1. All the applications installed 2. The device name 3. The account (or session) of that device I need a report which has all these information. Appreciate any suggestions. Thanks in advance
