  1. As we create new instalation task for new version, we need to delete the obselete tasks and instalation packages. it just gives an emtpy error without being able to understand. this on KSC 11 and now 13 (just upgraded)

Hi, set up the mobile management for Android and it works fine internally with my phone that I managed to apply the policy, add the licence, test the lock and unlock and mugshot.. the problem is when i tried to sync from outside the company network. even though the port forwarding works fine. I can not sync the phone with the server. Do i miss any other port other than 13292 & 17100 ? thanx
  3. Sorry for the late update..the i resolved by installing the console in my pc..the server OS is not that young...
  4. Hi, i have a similar problem, I got it synced internaly with wifi (my android phone) and from outside with port forwarding set ok it doea not sync
  5. Something wrong with the plugin, removed it and installed but no success… 🤔
  6. I have done it, perhaps some thing has gon wrong, I tried to reinstall it as well, but maybe it does not install as it check it as installed... i will try to uninstall first. thnx
  7. We updated the workstations form 11.1.1.126 to 11.2.0.2254. the update was easy with task from KSC but guess what? the policy in place can not be configured any more. I tried even to create a new policy in a new group but is the same. the ksc version is 11.0.0.1131
  8. I noticed that KES was blocking the Bluejeans Application on desktop that we use for Video calls accessing the CAM and Mic. After some tests it seems that it was Host Intrusion Prevention that was blocking it. Perhaps I have to make sure that BJ is assigned as trusted..
  9. Agree! It depends on organisaztion.. It is an issue with the new version... We can not upload anything and the Kaspersky guys are behaving strangely...
  10. I have always applied Policies that the users see very little of KES.. e.g when they try to open an website that fails under restricted categories..they have to trust that it is doing it's job in the background..

  12. it just works after disabling webcontrol...problems with microsoft can be true on other cases...
