такая же проблема, впн теперь не работает, брал ключ на яндексе, почитал тут, вывод только что вы из РФ вам ничего нельзя, ну спасибо, а зачем я деньги платил? дайте другую лицензию или что то еще чтобы работало, что за отношение к клиентам

Date: 29/11/2025 Hello Kaspersky Support, I am contacting you regarding an urgent issue with my Kaspersky Plus subscription. Suddenly, the VPN stopped recognizing my active subscription. I tried everything on my side: restarting my router, reinstalling the application, clearing data, and even installing it again from the Galaxy Store since it is not available on Google Play. At first, the app refused to detect my paid subscription at all, which is why I deleted it. After reinstalling it from the Galaxy Store, it finally recognized my account and subscription — but the VPN no longer connects on any device. The VPN fails to connect on: My phone My main PC My laptop (which is on a completely separate network) I have tried switching servers, logging in/out, reinstalling the app, restarting devices, and checking my network settings. Nothing worked. This issue started today without any changes from my side. Please assist me as soon as possible. Thank you.

Yep, not goin to renew my subscription, with the removal of the Catapult Hydra protocol it became basically useless for me.

Bien. j'ai passé les fichiers à l'anylseur du support https://opentip.kaspersky.com/ je n'arrive pas trop à décrypter le résultat de l'analyse qui en ressort. et J'ai par la suite transmis les fichiers eml au support KS. Totally agree. I've been a loyal costumer for a lot of years now but it seems that the time to move to another "infraestructure" is coming, and fast.

Hay algunos nodos que han desaparecido (de más de 100 ahora solo hay 86), el doble VPN, la configuración del DNS y la selección del Protocolo han desaparecido, al menos por ahora. Personalmente, a mí me funciona, pero estoy en España usando el único nodo de España que hay disponible. Comprobad los nodos disponibles y a los que normalmente conectáis, por si ya no están disponibles. Están haciendo cambios, y habrá problemas por un tiempo, imagino. Like others I have spent hours on this issue, as a working VPN is critical to my security posture, and like others (User23837) I have found no solution because there IS NO solution. This is a problem with the updated VPN itself, not the configuration of our systems. I filed a support ticket after 3 days and the day after that the VPN just randomly started working again without any change of state to my systems PROVING that no amount of tinkering by the user will ever solve this problem. I then received the email from Kaspersky (below). And cancelled my support ticket. A few hours later the problems reappeared. It is up to Kaspersky to either promptly fix this issue for ALL users or make the difficult decision to ROLL BACK the update to provide a reliable and stable VPN service for all users until the developers can work out where they went wrong. And this comes from an absolute Kaspersky loyalist having used their software for nearly a decade without a single breach of my systems security.
