What does it mean, antivirus is disabled, but the problem still remains? What is the antivirus version? Describe your issue in more detail, then maybe we can find a way to fix it.

Тожо написал в поддержку чтоб вернули как было. Назад всё. Чтоб конвертировали лицензию на РФ, российскую, потому что вообше ничего не работает, всё так как выше писали пользователи. Ничего пока не изменилось, отстой

Since VPN is included as part of the Premium plan, I would like clarification on the following: 1. Why is the VPN feature unavailable in my region despite having an active subscription? 2. Is there any alternative solution or activation method available for customers in my region? 3. If the VPN service cannot be provided, am I eligible for a refund or adjustment for the unused VPN portion of my subscription?

I guess no one wants to help or share their experience then?
