антивирус выдаёт ошибку с просьбой переустановить net desktop runtime (x86) в ручную, сделав это он продолжает выдавать ту же ошибку. как решить эту проблему?

Вы не правы, тех кого я знаю используют массово только два браузера и это Яндекс браузер и Brave браузер. А вот Гугл браузер использует только один человек. Так что я верю своим глазам.

Events can be exported only by syslog format in KSC Cloud Console https://support.kaspersky.com/ksc_cloudconsole/218223 but in on-prem ksc you can export it to CEF and LEEF format

This is due to , kaspersky is blocking some js scripts form loading , it is not dicrectly blocking the website , i think web threat protection may block js script from loading , you may whitelist this website if you want .
